01. Introduction

The "Creative Self Mastery" workshop delves into the concept of "Dreaming Without Limits" based on Toltec wisdom. Attendees will explore the power of envisioning one's future, the challenges posed by self-loathing, and gain tools to address and overcome these obstacles.

02. Assemblage Point

The "assemblage point" from Toltec wisdom denotes the focal point in our energy field influencing our perception of reality. Its position, affected by factors like mood and beliefs, can either clarify or distort our interpretations of experiences.

03. Perception Exercise

The Perception Exercise involves participants observing Tiffany under various emotional contexts guided by Linda. Through the session, attendees are encouraged to notice their perceptions, reset, and then redefine them, exploring the nature of judgment and observation.

04. Perception Exercise - Debrief

During a perception exercise, participants explored how their interpretations and judgments of an individual and fellow coach Tiffany, were influenced by their personal biases and preconceptions. The exercise underscored that humans often project their internal beliefs and feelings onto others, even when presented with minimal external cues.

05. Beliefs and Values

This module delves deep into the distinction between beliefs and values, using the Toltec wisdom as a reference. While beliefs are seen as internal convictions often formed without concrete evidence, influenced by our upbringing and society, values are the principles and standards we consciously adopt, guiding our decisions and behaviours. Both beliefs and values have profound implications for our self-perception, emotional well-being, and life choices, often leading to internal conflicts and self-loathing if they're at odds with our true selves.

06. Structure Vs Emotion

Delving into the concept of prioritizing structure over emotion, highlighting how a person's assemblage point, or perspective, can be influenced by their emotions but can be consciously shifted towards logical, structured thinking for better outcomes. Using personal experiences and analogies, the speakers emphasize the benefits of adopting a structured viewpoint, arguing that it offers clarity, emotional freedom, and improved decision-making in various life situations.

07. Conflict Resolution and Acceptance

Marc discusses the profound inner conflict he experienced after a heated altercation with his neighbours. Emphasizing the importance of self-awareness and taking a structured approach to emotions, he shares his journey from anger to understanding his role in the disagreement, ultimately leading to self-acceptance and resolution. The illustration underscores the significance of viewing conflicts objectively, detaching from raw emotions, and finding a higher perspective to foster personal growth and understanding.

08. Recap - Assemblage Point, Perception, Beliefs & Values, Structure over Emotion

We recap on the concept of the "assemblage point," a theoretical framework positing that our perceptions, conversations, and interactions with others are largely influenced by our internal mental and emotional states. This assemblage point can influence and filter how we perceive situations, leading to misunderstandings, especially when it is stuck in a certain belief. We then go onto touches upon the difference between values and beliefs, suggesting that while beliefs might be rigid and challenging to alter, values are more malleable, with an individual's values driving conscious behaviours and decisions.

09. Recap - Conflict Resolution and Acceptance

Internal conflicts arise when actions deviate from personal values, and it's essential not to act impulsively in moments of strong emotion. Using "The Four Agreements" can help navigate and resolve these conflicts, focusing on the principle of "service" which is closely aligned with love, providing a grounding anchor during emotional upheavals. Personal growth involves shifting one's mindset closer to the heart, moving away from restrictive beliefs, and emphasising faith and acceptance.

10. Imagination

Imagination can be classified into functional and dysfunctional types, influencing an individual's perspective and behaviour. Functional imagination focuses on desired outcomes and growth, whereas dysfunctional imagination centres on worst-case scenarios, leading to unnecessary stress and anxiety. Recognizing and harnessing the right type of imagination can determine our ability to navigate challenges effectively and shape our overall well-being.

11. Imagination - Exercise 1

The first imagination exercise invites participants to craft a story based on a given image, emphasizing the role of curiosity. Participants' interpretations vary widely, influenced by their moods and backgrounds, demonstrating the vast potential of imagination. The exercise underscores the value of embracing a functional imagination pathway through acceptance of initial thoughts.

12. Imagination - Exercise 2

This second exercise establishes the importance of aligning with one's higher self and intuition through adjusting one's assemblage point.. By combining curiosity, imagination, and intent, individuals can engage in profound dialogues with their higher consciousness, questioning and understanding their realities more deeply. The key is to position the assemblage point closer to a heart space, allowing for genuine insights, wisdom, guidance and shifting away from negative, fear-based interpretations.

13. Imagination - Meditation

We recap the importance of the assemblage point, a central locus of energy and focus, and its alignment with personal values. When misaligned, it can stifle creativity and self-awareness, leading to conflict and diminished imaginative potential. By maintaining this alignment close to one's heart and focusing on desired experiences, individuals can tap into a higher form of creativity and self-mastery. In order to get super close to this alignment Tiffany guide's us through a meditation exercise designed to put us in touch with our highest imaginative state possible.
